This Privacy Policy applies to PT Cyberindo Aditama or CBN (collectively "we", "us" or "our" in this Privacy Policy).

This Privacy Policy describes CBN policies and procedures on the collection, use, store, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the CBNians mobile applications.

We may review, amend or update our Privacy Policy from time to time without prior written notice. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

What personal information do we collect?

We collect your personal information about you when registering and/use using our Services. That is your responsibility to check and ensure that all information, data content, materials or data you provide to Us is true, complete, accurate, and not misleading.

• Identity Information
  The Personal Information we collect includes but not limited to Personal Data submitted when a user register as a CBN employee, including but not limited to i) full name, ii) place and date of birth, iii) email address, iv) contact, v) phone number, vi) address, vii) personal photo, viii) real location data, including but not limited to geographic location, GPS coordinates, and other information provided by your device.

• Information about products and services you have with us
  This includes information technical information about your devices, such as hardware model, operating system version, serial number, our network performance and how you use our networks.

How do we collect your personal information?

• Your interaction with us
  Your activities might give us information about yourself when you fill out a form on our website, chat with us online or over the phone.
  We may collect your information when you visit our website, use our products and services, and when you visit our offices or premises.

• Other sources
  We may collect information from sources like commercially available information sources that contain personal, identity, geographic or demographic information, such as public posts on social networking sites, and our trusted partners.

• While using our mobile application
  In order to provide features of the application, we may collect, with your prior permission:

  • Information regarding your location
    Location information is useful, so that the Application can set the time automatically according to the clock on the server and your location.

  • Pictures and other information from your device's camera and photo library
    We'll request access to the device gallery, camera access for photos and/or videos, with the aim that our officers can verify and validate the data submitted by the customer (you).

  • E-Sign
    To validate your e-sign, we match your signature on your ID card (KTP/identification card).

  • Contact list
    Such information may be uploaded to our servers and/or service providers or may only be stored on your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings.

How do we use your personal information?

We may use your personal information to:

• facilitate employee attendance features;
• facilitate the search of user data for coworkers and facilitating communication between coworkers and saving to the contact list on your device;
• provide users with information about Company news, events, and general information;
• submit user requests: about work permits (e.g. sick leave, late entry, early departure, unrecorded absence, overtime, ordinary leave, etc.);
• monitoring users or employees who are working (outside the office);
• manage your relationship with us through Customer Service and technical assistance related activities;
• communicate with you by phone and email;
• personalize and improve our mobile applications;
• analyse network use, quality, and infrastructure perfomarnce;
• operate, maintain, develop, test and upgrade our products, system and infrastructure;
• monitor, identify and block malicious activity and content, including risk of fraud, crime or misconduct;
• meet legal, regulatory and other requirements, including providing assistance to law enforcement, judicial and other government agencies;
• create or share insights based your personal data that is aggregated and anonymised;
• other related purposes.

We will not use your personal information for any purposes not permitted by law or beyond the stated purpose you have consented to.

How do we keep your personal information secure?

We strive to protect and prevent your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or modification. We limits the access with strict verification process in our systems to prevent unauthorised access to our network and database systems.

However, please understand that transmission of data over the Internet or method of electronic storage may subject to loss and interception.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We may share your personal information with third parties that we work with to provide products and services on our behalf as follows:

• companies in CBN Group;
• business partners, marketing partners and authorised vendors, such as call centre agencies;
• professional advisors to assist us in business and corporate strategies and functions;
• industry regulators and other government organisations, as required by local laws and regulations.

TIR Feature (Troubleshoot / Installation Report) or Task List

TIR is a menu that contains a form used by CBN officer/sales to enter our customer data, data on customers who experience service interruptions (especially on WiFi), a platform for customers who want to change services.

Age Limits

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.

If you become aware that your child has provided personal data to us without your consent, you can notify our customer support here. If we learn that we have collected personal data from children under 18, then we will take immediate steps to delete such data as soon as possible.
