To validate your e-sign, we match your signature on your ID card (KTP/identification card).

TIR is a menu that contains a form used by CBN officer/sales to enter our customer data, data on customers who experience service interruptions (especially on WiFi), a platform for customers who want to change services.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.
